We each have our own unique, instinctual, wild and NATIVE movement within us. Each individual will set their intention and establish their release to create a practice rooted in connection, authenticity + embodiment. Your booty should always be considered in your practice because strong glutes create stability in hips, low back, and knees. A Vinyasa Flow class to focus on the fascia using trigger point release to create a sensory explosion both in the body & mind. We will target common areas of tension and utilize the fluidity of the practice and myofascial release techniques with tennis balls to hydrate the body, giving our muscles greater capacity to fire more efficiently. Not only can this type of practice reduce pain and increase range of motion, but with the incorporation of props we will also experience a natural down regulation of the central nervous system leaving you in total bliss.

Loud music serenades the yoga poses and the poses express the music. It’s the perfect marriage of sound and body. All levels and yoga styles will fall into rhythm with the expertise of Nicole’s instruction. She has been leading this out of body, into the beat , blast of a class for over 17 years and it is epic. Students are guided with “tight cues” to get them where the music is going and right on time. Call it “cardioyoga”, call it “Yoga Rocks!”, call it “happy hour yoga”, call it “the best time in yoga” because it is all those things. Expect to hear classics and top 40. No dance experience is necessary. No yoga experience is required, in fact, it is better to come raw. Students with no experience have nothing to hold them back from fully embracing the moment, the shift, the dynamic and creativity of this non-traditional yoga experience. Yoga experts come one, come all.
