There is more to that booty than looking good in your yoga pants. We don't always give them credit but our glutes create stability in a lot of yoga poses. Your booty should always be considered in your practice because strong glutes create stability in hips, low back, and knees. This booty burning flow will bring awareness to the balance of strength and flexibility of the back body.
