Native Movement is a combination of ecstatic dance and yoga. It is a shifting movement fundamental to self-love, self-expression, & self-healing. No dance experience is required. We each have our own unique, instinctual, wild and NATIVE movement within us. Each individual will set their intention and establish their release to create a practice rooted in connection, authenticity + embodiment. Native Movement helps us to align with our core desires to create the life we were meant to live!
